Nothing on the website creates a guarantee that a product will remain available or that a product listing will remain unchanged.
Prices, Taxes, and Payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, or other fees will be displayed at checkout where applicable.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is accepted for processing. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Orders and Order Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation confirms that we received your order, but it does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted or shipped.
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment and any necessary order verification.

Shipping

Missvila ships worldwide. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are the same for all destinations under the rates stated below:
- Standard shipping: Free, estimated delivery within 7–15 business days after dispatch.
- Expedited shipping: $15 USD, estimated delivery within 5–8 business days after dispatch.
- Order processing: Generally 1–2 business days.
- Tracking: Tracking information is provided after the order is shipped.
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carriers, weather, holidays, customs, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged products, incorrect products, return authorization, and return shipping costs are governed by our [Return and Refund Policy](/policies/refund-policy).
Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days after delivery.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
You must contact us and receive return instructions before sending any product. Our office address is not a default return address.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellation requests may generally be processed only before an order has shipped or entered fulfillment. Once an order has shipped, it must be handled under our Return and Refund Policy.
Promotions and Discounts
Promotions, discount codes, offers, and free shipping terms may be subject to additional conditions, expiration dates, exclusions, quantity limits, or product restrictions.
Only one discount or promotional code may be used per order unless expressly stated otherwise. We may correct or cancel a promotion affected by an obvious error.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components.
We do not guarantee that every product description, image, price, or availability statement will always be free from error.
